Acne Free in 3 Days is an e-book written by a gentleman named Chris Gibson that promises to give you acne free skin in, well, 3 days!

Quite the promise wouldn't you say?

I have to admit, it does sound so tempting... When you're dealing with a disfiguring disease like acne that can potentially scar you for life (like it did me)

When you can't even talk to the opposite sex because you're too embarrassed with your skin that you think looks gross.

I've been there. And it SUCKS.

So it does sound tempting... Does it actually work or is it a scam?

Well, here's my review of the book after dealing with severe acne for just under 13 years.

The gist of Acne Free in 3 Days is basically cleansing your system of all the toxins that promote inflammation and ultimately acne. He suggests a certain method of fasting that is actually not all that bad because you CAN eat certain things.

It may sound hard but I found it very easy to stick to the plan. It all comes down to if you're motivated enough to do it.

My acne was at the point where I couldn't even go swimming or talk to girls, so I was definitely motivated enough....

And if you're here, I assume you are too.

Gibson's e-book is very easy to follow and clear. It takes you by the hand teaching you exactly how to get completely clear, but:

It is up to you to take the action.

The problem with a lot of acne sufferers is they learn exactly what they need to do, but then they don't take action, and eventually give up. I did the same thing.

Anyway, if you follow this book's advice to the letter and do the 3 day cleanse, you WILL see the results you desire.
